If we receive your order by 2:30 PM, there’s a good chance you can receive it the same day, especially if you’re located in Miami-Dade or Broward counties. We strive to offer same-day delivery within these regions to ensure your seafood arrives as fresh as possible. For orders placed after 2:30 PM, delivery will typically occur the following day.

For other areas, delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method chosen at checkout. We prioritize getting your order to you quickly while maintaining the highest standards of freshness and quality. You will receive an estimated delivery date when you place your order, and we’ll keep you updated throughout the delivery process.

Our goal is to ensure that every order reaches you in peak condition, as quickly as possible.

Creating an account on our website is simple and optional. Here’s how you can do it:

  1. Go to the “My Account” Page: Click on the “My Account” link at the top of our website.
  2. Register: Under the “Register” section, enter your email address and create a password.
  3. Submit: Click the “Register” button to create your account. You’ll receive a confirmation email, and your account will be ready to use.

With an account, you can track orders, view past purchases, and save your details for a faster checkout next time.

To change your shipping address, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log into Your Account: If you have an account, log in by clicking on the “My Account” link at the top of the website.
  2. Go to Address Book: Once logged in, navigate to the “Addresses” section of your account dashboard.
  3. Edit Your Shipping Address: Under the “Shipping Address” section, click the “Edit” button. Enter your new shipping address and save the changes.

If you’re checking out as a guest, you can update your shipping address during the checkout process by simply entering the new address in the shipping details section before completing your purchase.

Please make sure to update your address before placing an order, as we process orders quickly to ensure freshness, and changes may not be possible after the order has been processed.

We do not automatically store your credit card information unless you choose to do so. It depends on the items in your order. While we strive to package everything together for convenience, some items may require separate packaging to maintain freshness or quality during delivery. For example, different types of seafood may be packed separately to ensure they arrive in optimal condition.

If your order requires multiple packages, we’ll provide all relevant tracking information so you can easily track each part of your delivery.

Due to the perishable nature of our seafood products, we are unable to accept returns. Once your order has been delivered, we can no longer guarantee the safety and quality of the items if they are returned. However, your satisfaction is important to us.
